1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing the HOMCRU website or app, or by booking or registering as a worker through HOMCRU, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use HOMCRU's services.

2. What HOMCRU provides

HOMCRU Services Pvt Ltd operates a technology-enabled workforce platform. Workers register with HOMCRU and are verified through our onboarding process; HOMCRU then assigns registered workers to jobs booked by customers and businesses. HOMCRU does not operate an open marketplace where customers browse or select individual workers — job assignment is managed by HOMCRU.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to book a service or register as a worker.
  • Workers must complete Aadhaar-based identity verification before receiving job assignments.
  • You must provide accurate, current information when booking a service or registering.

4. Bookings and payment

  • Pricing is shown at the time of booking and may vary by service, duration and location.
  • Payment is processed through HOMCRU's payment partners.
  • Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Worker obligations

  • Complete verification (including Aadhaar-based checks) accurately and truthfully.
  • Attend assigned jobs on time and perform work professionally and safely.
  • Follow HOMCRU's conduct standards; misconduct may result in suspension or removal from the platform.

6. Customer & business obligations

  • Provide accurate booking details, including the actual work required and site location.
  • Provide a safe working environment for assigned workers.
  • Pay for confirmed bookings as per the agreed pricing and terms.

7. Limitation of liability

HOMCRU facilitates the provision of workforce and takes reasonable care in verifying and assigning workers. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, HOMCRU is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from work performed. HOMCRU's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

8. Prohibited conduct

You may not use HOMCRU to request or perform unlawful work, misrepresent your identity, or attempt to circumvent HOMCRU's assignment process to deal directly with a worker outside the platform.

9. Intellectual property

The HOMCRU name, logo, and all website and app content are the property of HOMCRU Services Pvt Ltd and may not be used without permission.

10. Suspension & termination

HOMCRU may suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, provides false information, or misuses the platform.

11. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Odisha having exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

12. Changes to these terms

HOMCRU may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
