That's where HOMCRU comes from. I kept seeing the same problem from both sides: warehouses and stores losing money because they couldn't find reliable workers when they needed them, and workers with no fair, organized way to find steady, well-paid work. No one was solving both sides at once.

HOMCRU is that solution — a platform that verifies workers, dispatches them directly, and guarantees the job gets done. Not a job board. An operations team, built into an app.

HOMCRU exists to close that gap — one that neither software marketplaces nor unlicensed contractors have solved.

With over 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack engineering and real-time systems, he built the technology stack driving the mobile application, backend APIs, live dispatch matching, and automated dual OTP verification gateways.
